Privacy & Cryptographic Vault Commitment

At EINNOVACION MX we treat the data of agencies, collaborators and clients under strict principles of legality, consent, and transparency. Server credentials, GitHub tokens and sensitive deliverables are stored encrypted with military-grade AES-256-GCM standard.

1. Identity, Domicile and Territorial Scope

EINNOVACION MX ("EINNOVACION MX" or "the Controller"), with registered address and operations in the United Mexican States and digital presence at einnovacionmx.com, is responsible for the processing and protection of personal data collected through the Sync SaaS platform (sync.einnovacionmx.com).

Territorial Availability: The Sync SaaS platform is currently optimized and available for entities operating in Mexico. Global expansion to Latin America and international territories is scheduled according to our growth roadmap.

2. Categories of Data Processed

To provide milestone billing and Gated Delivery services, we collect:

  • Identification & Contact Data: Full name, corporate email, agency name, custom subdomain, profile picture and phone number.
  • Financial & Invoicing Data: Business name, Tax ID (RFC), bank transfer receipts, transaction logs and payment processor IDs.
  • Encrypted Deliverables & Secrets: GitHub access tokens, SSH keys, server credentials and protected source files.
  • Telemetry & Audit Logs: Connection IP addresses, transfer timestamps, administrative actions and security events.

3. Security, Multi-Tenant Isolation and Vault

EINNOVACION MX implements highest-grade technical security:

  • Encryption at Rest (AES-256-GCM Vault): Sensitive credentials and tokens are encrypted in the database with dynamic 256-bit symmetric keys.
  • Encryption in Transit (TLS 1.3): All client-server communications travel over verified HTTPS encrypted channels.
  • PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS): Strict database policies guarantee full isolation between neighboring agencies.
