Binding Legal Agreement
By registering an account or accessing a client portal provided by Sync, you agree to these Terms of Service operated by EINNOVACION MX.
1. Definitions and Scope of Application
Key definitions under this agreement:
- Sync SaaS / Platform: Software-as-a-service application for project management, milestone escrow billing and deliverable release.
- EINNOVACION MX / Provider: Intellectual property owner and infrastructure operator of Sync.
- Agency / Tenant: Digital agency or freelancer holding an administrative account.
- Final Client: Contracting entity accessing the agency portal to verify progress and unlock deliverables.
- Gated Delivery: Conditional delivery mechanism where sensitive files or access keys remain encrypted until milestone payment validation.
2. Geographic Availability and Expansion
Sync SaaS billing and payment services are currently enabled for agencies and clients in Mexico. International expansion across Latin America and global markets will be rolled out progressively.
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
Sync provides Free, Freelance, Agency and Enterprise subscriptions. Subscription details, project limits and current pricing are published on our Pricing page.
4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States and subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Mexico City.
